MEDIA CREDENTIAL INFORMATION

Members of the media are asked to request race day media credentials or make any changes to the credentials by April 27, 2001.

Types of Media Credentials
Start Area: On 7th Street, between Elm and Race Streets, heading east
Finish Area: Yeatman's Cove
Media Room: Theodora Room, Gregory Centre, near Finish Area

A. Photographer/Photo Access
This credential allows access on race day to:

B. Photo Bridge (limited)
This credential allows access on race day to:

C. Media Access
This credential allows access on race day to:

D. Photo/Media Truck (limited)
The Media Truck will follow the first pack of runners along the entire course

For credentials with limited access, availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be in by Friday, April 27, 2001.

Notations:

• On Race Day, please understand there will be no access to the Medical Tent Area.
• Athlete interviews in the Runner Recovery Area will not be allowed
• Previous News Releases and Fact Sheets will be available in the Race Day Media Room
• All press conferences will be held in the Race Day Media Room - a detailed schedule will be available in the Media Guide
• any earlier requests will try to be accommodated

Available in the Media Room on Race Day:

• Multiple Phone Lines and Electrical Outlets for Computer Needs
• Copy and Fax Machine
• PC linked to www.flyingpigmarathon.com
• Television showcasing live coverage of the marathon on WCPO-TV 9, 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
• Food and beverages will be available

• Friday, May 4th, 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., Cincinnati Convention Center, 3rd Floor, Coat Check/Volunteer Check In Area
• Saturday, May 5th, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Cincinnati Convention Center, 3rd Floor, Coat Check/Volunteer Check in Area
• Sunday, May 6th, 6:00 a.m., Race Day Media Room, The Gregory Centre
