FITNESS PERSONALITY ROCCO OFFERS FLYING PIG
BOOT CAMP TRAINING

CINCINNATI (February 6) - Interationally known fitness expert Rocco Castellano, known for his "askROCCO" syndicated column on fitness and lifestyle, is adding his own unique form of "boot camp" training to the programs already offered for those participating in this year's Flying Pig Marathon.

"We are thrilled to have such a renowned fitness expert like Rocco offer his own training program for the Marathon," said Iris Simpson-Bush, executive director. "His personality and popularity will be a big draw for those wanting training help for the 'Pig.'

Rocco promises better results and fewer injuries with his Rocco's Boot Camp for Flying Pig Marathon training. The program begins February 26th at Newport on the Levee. For more on the Boot Camp, go to http://www.askrocco.com/Flying_Pig.

Rocco Castellano is an internationally known fitness expert with a career spanning more than 22 years, and is the founder and CEO of askROCCO media. He is the host of the askROCCO radio segment on Q102 and is the author of "askROCCO Uncensored Volume 1 and FAT KILLS: A Special Report.

Rocco's 'Boot Camp' program is just one of several training programs offered for the Flying Pig Marathon. Bob Roncker's Running Spot, Fleet Feet, Meters and Miles, the University of Cincinnati, Running Depot and Galloway are just a few of the sources of training programs. The 9th annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon weekend will be Friday, May 4, through Sunday, May 6. Events include the National City Expo and Expo-Tique on Friday and Saturday, the Toyota 10K, the 5K and Piglet on Saturday, and the Marathon, Half Marathon presented by National City and Ernst and Young relays on Sunday. Sponsors include Duke Energy, National City, CoActive Marketing Group, Ernst & Young, Mercy Health Partners and Paycor.

The Flying Pig Marathon has been named one of the top 10 "Most Fun Runs" in the world by Runner's World magazine, one of the best corporate brands by Fast Company and is listed in "The Traveling Marathoner: A Complete Guide To Top U.S. Races and Sightseeing on the Run," by Elise Allen.
