Water Taxis will help runners reach their destinations
Cincinnati, Ohio (April 12, 2004) - Participants in the Flying Pig Marathon weekend activities, May 1-2, 2004, now have a permanent memento of their Cincinnati experience. Dynasty Sculpture (www.dynastysculpture.com) is offering two versions of its own 'flying pig' at the Bob Roncker's Running Spot Health & Fitness Expo, April 30-May 1 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, Covington.
"It's a whimsical way for runners to take home a bit of the Flying Pig Marathon," said Iris Simpson-Bush, executive director. "We're pleased to have Dynasty Sculpture join us for Marathon weekend."
The 'flying pigs' come in two sizes. The smaller chrome pig, standing approximately 8" tall at the nose, retails for $75. The larger bronze version, almost 2' high, is $400.
Dynasty Sculpture offers wide variety of bronze sculptures produced by Asian craftsmen in limited editions to beautify indoor or outdoor surroundings.
The 6th annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon will be run on Sunday, May 2, 2004, featuring the Corporate Express Corporate Relays, the Outback 2-person relay, the Ernst & Young 4-person relay and the Papa John's 10K.
