The Flying Pig Marathon is proud to announce that the Cincinnati Reds will honor our runners with a "Flying Pig Marathon" night Monday, May 2 when the Reds face their Central Division foe, the St. Louis Cardinals! Tickets for this game are half price for runners. Watch the men's and women's winners throw out the first pitch, and wear your medal and "Pig Paraphernalia" with pride to the game! We know if you're running the Pig, you have lots to concentrate on during Marathon Weekend. Well, we have several events and amenities available for you, and your supporters, to make your lives easier and a whole lot more fun that weekend. Those include:

Pasta Party Pig-Out, at Covington Landing in the former Applebee's restaurant. Covington Landing is a block north of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, on the river. You'll be able to get a great view of the city of Cincinnati, including the Marathon start and finish lines! Seatings are 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children 3 - 12 years of age. Click here for an order form.

Don't drive to the pig when you can leave the boating to us! BB Riverboats will be running a water taxi shuttle from Northern Kentucky to Cincinnati, starting at 5 a.m. The boats will go from Covington Landing to Lot D on Mehring Way, just east of the starting line. The water taxi will also be making trips from the Finish area back to Covington Landing, leaving from the Public Landing from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $4 round trip.

If you're looking for a unique way to watch the race, and want to have breakfast at the same time, stop by the BB Riverboats' "Belle of Cincinnati" which will be anchored right by the finish line. The "Belle" boards at 7 a.m. for breakfast, coffee and a relaxing way to watch the Marathon finishers. Tickets for the breakfast boat are $25 for adults, no cost for children under three years of age. Click here for more details.
