Welcome to Day 4 of our daily e-mail blasts to help you prepare for the 10th annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon events.

We have entries so far from all 50 states and nearly 20 countries. Tell us why you decided to run the "Pig" this year. Email us at media@flyingpigmarathon.com along with your contact information.

Remember, we'll have fluid stations every mile. Each is staffed by a non-profit organization and you can vote for your favorite station by casting a ballot at the finish line. The winning station will win a Pig donation in addition to bragging rights for the year. So vote early and often for your favorite fluid station!

And, on a related note...

Port-o-potties are in the start area, along the course and at the finish. Extra restrooms are in Paul Brown Stadium--take the steps or the ramp at Central and Mehring Way to the plaza level of the stadium. A port-o-pottie oasis of 20 units is located at the 12 mile mark after relay zone 2.

The Greening 'o the Pig

All that cardboard that brings boxes of shirts, posters and pig paraphernalia to the Flying Pig Expo presented by National City won't go to waste. All the cardboard used at the Expo will be recycled this year. Help the Pig go green this year and do your part to reuse and recycle!
