Getting Around on Flying Pig Weekend

Duke Energy Center, 525 Elm Street, Cincinnati, Ohio

All participants are required to pick up their chip, bib race number, and other important information during these times. The marathon is not able to mail or deliver packets, chips, or participant premiums. Participants must have a photo ID available to pick up their packet.

The Relay Team packets will be distributed at the P&G Health & Fitness Expo and will contain all materials and supplies for each of the runners on the team. Only one member of the team may pick up the packets for the team, but all team members are advised to come help in the pick-up and distribution of team packets and premiums.

Late registrations will be taken at the Expo. THERE IS NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICK-UP FOR MARATHON, HALF MARATHON OR RELAYS.

Registration and packet pickup for the 10K, 5K, Kids’ Marathon One Mile, and Flying Piglet Kids’ Fun Run will be at the P&G Health & Fitness Expo from Noon to 7:00pm on Friday, May 3, 2013 and at the Schmidlapp Event Lawn on Saturday, May 4, 2013 beginning at 6:30 a.m. for all events. Packets must be picked up 30 minutes before the start of your race.

Kids' Marathon One Mile will NOT have Race Day registration on site Saturday. Only late pick up for preregistered runners will be available Saturday at Reds Hall of Fame.

Participants unable to pick up their own race packet may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Fill out the Packet Pick-up Authorization Form and give it to the person picking up your packet. They will take the completed form and a copy of your photo ID to the expo and give it to the volunteer handing out race packets.

Cancellation Policy for the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon
Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year or person. No exceptions. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
