There are 25 fluid and replacement fluid stations supplied by Gatorade throughout the course. The Clif Shot, a natural energy gel, will be available between miles 17 & 18. Restroom facilities will be spread throughout the course at the relay exchange zones, the start area and the finish area. There will be a bigg's restroom "oasis" with 20 portable restrooms at mile 12 on Wasson Road. Medical and first-aid personnel will be stationed at the finish and at various points along the course.

Sponsors and spectators will provide live entertainment every mile along the course. From music and costumes to signs and cheering, participants in the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon will be supported from the start to the finish!
