    Tip: Today is the day to show your stuff. Do not become swept up with enthusiasm and start too quickly. It is far better to be conservative initially. Pick up the pace later if you wish. Use RWI if needed. Walking a minute at every mile/fluid station will help you finish the distance if you lack the confidence to go the entire way without stopping. Go for it!
