Mercy Heart Mini-Marathon
Mercy Heart Mini-Marathon is Cincinnati's largest participatory sporting event. It started in 1978 as a 15K competitive Mini-Marathon for runners to use to prepare for the Boston Marathon. The American Heart Association added non-competitive 5K and 10K Heart Walks.
